SUNGO’s most iconic bowl of ramen. The soup made with dried sardines and dried bonito flakes is combined with the aroma of forest truffles.

The flavor of the dried sardines is extracted through three-step processes of Mizu-dashi (boiling in water), Abura-dashi (boiling in the fat), and Oi-daki (to boil again).

The rich soup is made with a base of chicken and dried fish + shellfish, handmade soy sauce, and tiger and banamei shrimp heads.

The tomatoes add a special flavor and texture to the broth.
